Fatal crash in McIntosh County
McINTOSH COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) -- UPDATE: The southbound lanes of I-95 at Exit 67 have reopened. Tragically, five individuals lost their lives in a two-vehicle crash in McIntosh County early Sunday morning. The collision took place at approximately 6:00 a.m. as both southbound vehicles collided. The car with two adults and three children caught fire as a result of the impact. The sole passenger in the second vehicle was taken to the hospital for treatment.
