Fatal crash in Colden involving Arizona woman
Law enforcement authorities in Erie County are currently looking into a tragic accident that occurred in Colden. The incident took place when authorities received alerts regarding a single-car crash at the Heath and Hayes Hollow Road intersection last Wednesday. Subsequently, a sergeant, who was on his way home after his shift, swiftly responded and reached the scene within 10 minutes. The car involved in the accident was discovered in a ditch with severe damage to its front-end. Medical responders immediately administered CPR to the driver, identified as 39-year-old Anne Archibald from Arizona, before transporting her to ECMC, where she sadly passed away. The incident is currently under investigation.
