Fatal crash during police pursuit on Brady Street in Milwaukee
A person has been arrested in Milwaukee after a police chase and deadly crash near Brady Street on Tuesday night. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. near Humboldt Avenue. Milwaukee police attempted to stop a reckless driver, leading to a pursuit that ended with a collision on North Humboldt Avenue and West Brady Street. A 29-year-old in the car that was struck passed away at the hospital, while a passenger is expected to recover. The 22-year-old driver of the fleeing vehicle, who sustained non-fatal injuries, has been taken into custody. The case will be forwarded to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office for potential criminal charges.
