Fatal crash at Morrison County intersection, cars in ditch
Officials have released the names of two individuals involved in a tragic accident in Morrison County. The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office reported that on July 11, at approximately 12:25 p.m., Juan Rodriguez, 25, from Tampa, Florida, was driving a 2010 Toyota Prius westbound on 30th Street when he disregarded a stop sign and was hit by a 2016 Ford F-450 truck driven by William Anderson, 37, from Fulda, Minnesota, who was traveling southbound on 120th Avenue. The impact caused both vehicles to overturn and end up in a ditch, also hitting a power pole. Rodriguez passed away at the scene while Anderson was unharmed. The Minnesota State Patrol is currently investigating the incident.
