
Fatal collision in Huntington Beach claims lives of motorcyclist and pedestrian
A collision in Huntington Beach claimed the lives of a motorcyclist and a pedestrian on Thursday evening, according to the police. The incident occurred around 8:27 p.m. at the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Ellis Avenue. The 45-year-old motorcyclist from Los Angeles and the 46-year-old pedestrian from Huntington Beach were found unconscious on the road by officers who responded to the scene. Despite efforts by paramedics, both individuals were pronounced dead on-site. The police department is investigating the crash, which occurred when the pedestrian crossed Beach Boulevard outside of a crosswalk, leading to the collision with the southbound Harley-Davidson.
