Fatal Collision Between SUV and Motorcycle Claims 2 Lives in Detroit
Early Saturday morning in Detroit, a collision between an SUV and a motorcycle resulted in the tragic deaths of two men in their 30s. The incident, which occurred at approximately 1:30 a.m. near Gratiot Avenue and Mt. Elliott Street, led to the immediate loss of the two men. The SUV driver, a woman also in her 30s, was hospitalized for treatment and subsequently detained by police. While investigations are still underway, authorities suspect alcohol may have played a role in the crash. The Detroit Police Fatal Squad Team is overseeing the investigation.
