Fatal car-pedestrian accident in Noel Wednesday night
A woman from Noel was killed in a crash on MO-59 about two miles south of that city around 8:55 Wednesday night. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a 61-year-old pedestrian walked into the path of a 2005 Nissan Sentra headed south on Missouri 59. The car was driven by a 40-year-old man from Noel. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
