Fatal ATV crash in Franklin County injures two teens
A tragic ATV accident in Franklin County, Arkansas resulted in the death of a teenager and injuries to two others last week, as reported in a crash report. The Arkansas State Police stated that on June 9, around 7:23 p.m., a 2015 "Arctic Cat" ATV was heading south on State Highway 23 near Mattox Road when it lost control, overturned, and ejected one of the passengers. Unfortunately, the ATV rolled onto a 17-year-old who was pronounced dead at the scene. The other two teens onboard were transported to a hospital in Little Rock for treatment. Weather conditions at the time of the incident were reported as clear and dry.
