Fatal accident shuts down entrance to I-15 and 215 South Loop
UPDATE: The lanes are now open to traffic. In Las Vegas, a fatal crash occurred on the Tropicana on-ramp to southbound I-15 early Friday morning. According to Nevada State Police representative Shawn Haggstrom, the incident involved a single vehicle and took place before 4 a.m. As a result, the Tropicana on-ramp to southbound I-15 and the collector-distributor lane to access the 215 Southern Beltway are currently closed. Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes as the duration of the closures is uncertain.
