Fatal accident on I-40 near Forrest City
Authorities in Memphis, Tennessee are currently looking into a serious accident on the eastbound side of I-40 near Forrest City, at mile marker 207. Tragically, a fatal collision involving two semi trucks and two other vehicles resulted in a fire and explosion, causing the death of one individual around 5 p.m. Traffic congestion is significant, with all lanes affected and drivers being redirected to alternative routes.
