Fatal accident on Dan Ryan Expressway
A fatal crash occurred on the Dan Ryan early this morning, resulting in the death of one individual. Illinois State Police were called to the northbound local lanes near Marquette Road just before 5:50 a.m. where they discovered a severely damaged SUV. One person was ejected and did not survive, another was taken to the hospital, and a third person fled the scene.
