A fatal accident occurred in Fayette County early Saturday morning on Route 166 in Redstone Township, resulting in the death of a 31-year-old man identified as Kristopher John from Republic. Following the incident, a section of Route 166 or Thompson Run Road was closed for several hours as authorities conducted their investigation.
