According to a police report obtained by People magazine, actor Dylan Walsh reportedly admitted to officers that he had been drinking at the time of his car accident last week. Authorities found empty White Claw Seltzer cans in a cooler bag in Walsh's vehicle following the crash. The incident occurred in Rumson, New Jersey, where Walsh and his family were returning home from a tavern. Police noted that Walsh appeared visibly intoxicated and agreed to provide a blood sample. Witnesses reported seeing Walsh's car swerving to avoid traffic before hitting two utility poles. Additionally, witnesses claimed they heard Walsh's wife urging someone to remove a bag of alcohol from the back seat before the arrival of law enforcement. The actor has been cited for various offenses, including having an open container of alcohol, reckless driving, expired registration, failure to maintain his lane, and driving onto a sidewalk. While he has not been charged with driving under the influence yet pending the results of his blood tests.
