Police responded to a shooting on Midlothian Turnpike, where it was reported that a victim was involved in a road rage situation with another driver. The victim, while on the phone with a loved one, was fired upon by the suspect driving a white Nissan Altima. Thankfully, the victim's injuries are not considered life-threatening.
