Driver cooperating after SUV in deadly crash
Law enforcement in Kansas City, Missouri is currently looking into a tragic accident that occurred at approximately 7 p.m. on Friday, just north of Raytown Road on Blue Ridge Cutoff. According to preliminary reports, an SUV traveling north from Raytown Road struck a pedestrian who was either walking by the road or trying to cross Blue Ridge Cutoff. The pedestrian tragically passed away at the crash site. The driver responsible remained at the scene and is assisting authorities with their inquiries.
