Driver admits fault in deadly Greensboro accident on North Murrow Boulevard

In Greensboro, North Carolina, Sydnee Dyson pleaded guilty to misdemeanor death by motor vehicle following a fatal crash last year. The defendant was placed on 12 months of supervised probation and must complete 100 hours of community service, attend an eight-hour driving school, and abstain from driving for a year. Originally facing felony charges, those were dismissed. The charges arose from an incident in early 2024, where Dyson's car struck two Flagger Force employees, resulting in the tragic death of Randolph Norman Westenfelder, 51, and critical injuries to his coworker.
