Deputies reveal driver of fatal crash was in Consumers Energy truck
A tragic incident occurred in Zeeland Township, Michigan, where a man was fatally ejected from a Consumers Energy truck during a collision. Deputies reported that the 43-year-old driver from Blendon Township was traveling south on 88th Avenue in a Consumers Energy F-550 truck when the accident happened. The collision involved a 64-year-old woman from Park Township who was driving a Toyota Corolla west on Ransom Street. Unfortunately, the man was thrown from the truck and died at the scene; the woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital. The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the accident.
