Deadly collision confirmed in Washington County
Authorities in Washington County, Virginia are currently looking into a one-car accident that occurred on Route 58 near the intersection of Route 706. The incident, which took place on Thursday, involved a 2001 Mazda Tribute that veered off the road, hit a guardrail, and rolled over. The driver, Reginald Hedlock of Abingdon, was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the vehicle. He was rushed to the hospital but sadly passed away.
