Deadly collision claims lives of 2 in Pennsylvania
Two individuals tragically lost their lives in a collision involving three vehicles on Saturday afternoon in Butler County, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred at the intersection of Younkins and South Pike roads at approximately 3 p.m., as reported by CBS affiliate KDKA. Authorities from Buffalo Township Police revealed that a woman, who was a passenger in one of the vehicles, was killed at the scene. The driver of the same vehicle was airlifted to a hospital in critical condition and later succumbed to his injuries. The victims were identified as Douglas Frosch, 72, and Bonnie Grove, 78, both residents of Butler, as confirmed by the Butler County Coroner's Office. A woman in another vehicle sustained injuries, while two individuals in a third vehicle escaped unharmed but shaken. The crash is currently being investigated.
