Cudahy man charged after fatal Milwaukee police pursuit and crash
A 19-year-old man from Cudahy, Darius Boldery, is facing charges after a police chase led to a crash resulting in the deaths of two people in the pursued vehicle. Milwaukee police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle and located it driving recklessly. When officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop, the vehicle fled at high speed, resulting in a fatal collision. Boldery, found stuck in the vehicle, was identified as the owner, with court records showing he had a suspended license. The incident, which led to the deaths of two passengers, is under investigation. Boldery appeared in Milwaukee County court, with a cash bond set at $200,000 and a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 15.
