Crash in SE Oklahoma City leaves one dead, two critically injured
A fatal crash occurred in southeast Oklahoma City late Friday night, resulting in one death and two critically injured individuals. Police were called to the scene near SE 41st Street and S Shields Boulevard around 10:30 p.m. An incident unfolded as a vehicle backing out of a driveway was struck by another car speeding in the area, leading to a collision that also hit a person in a nearby yard who tragically died at the scene. The occupants of the vehicle backing out were rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition. The driver responsible for the speeding has been detained, and authorities are currently investigating the crash site.
