Coroner reports Lancaster County woman dies from complications 1 month after crash

A woman from Lancaster County passed away one month after being involved in a crash, as confirmed by the coroner's office. The incident occurred when Rachel Lindenmuth, 51, of Lititz, collided with another vehicle on Cornwall Street in North Cornwall Township, Lebanon County on August 10. Lindenmuth's vehicle overturned, trapping her inside. She was rescued by emergency crews, but sadly succumbed to "complications of multiple traumatic injuries sustained in a motor vehicle collision" at Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital in Bethlehem on September 10. The coroner ruled Lindenmuth's death as accidental. The North Cornwall Township Police Department is currently investigating the tragic crash.
