Child succumbs to 'farm incident' in Clark County.
A young person tragically passed away after being injured in an agricultural mishap in Clark County on Friday. The incident took place in a bean field on private property, while the child was with a parent during bean harvesting. They were hit by a part of the farm machinery vehicle. The child received emergency care at the Pleasant Township Fire Station, then was transferred to a local hospital where they were pronounced dead. The circumstances are currently being investigated by the Clark County Sheriff's Office and OSP as a motor vehicle accident.
