Charges brought against man in deadly hit-and-run in Niles
A Trumbull County Grand Jury has issued charges in a fatal hit-and-run incident in Niles, Ohio. Wayne Keeley is accused of aggravated vehicular homicide in connection to the crash that resulted in the death of Brenda Hibbard on October 4. According to police, Keeley claimed he dozed off while driving and reacted in panic upon waking up. He is scheduled to appear in court for an arraignment next week.
