Car recovered from river after Charlestown crash.
Emergency crews in Charlestown successfully rescued a victim from a car that had crashed into a river early Sunday morning near Horseshoe Falls. Multiple departments, including the Charlestown Richmond Fire Department and Cross' Mills Fire Department, responded to the scene and swiftly retrieved the victim.
