Car accident injures one in Washington DC building
A vehicle collided with a Washington, DC apartment building on Saturday, injuring one person. The DC Fire and EMS Department received a call about the incident on 1st and Danbury Street SE. Emergency crews arrived around 8:30 p.m. to find a car had crashed into the building. One injured individual was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and all residents were evacuated safely. Authorities have asked the Department of Buildings to inspect for any potential structural damage.
