Car accident at Woodstock duplex triggers gas leak
A vehicle crashed into a duplex in Woodstock on Saturday afternoon, resulting in significant damage to the building and a gas leak. Fortunately, the driver, an adult woman, was evaluated on the scene but did not require hospitalization. Nicor Gas addressed the leak, and the adjacent unit was temporarily evacuated as a safety measure. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, and the property is still livable. The Woodstock Police Department is looking into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
