Arrest of intoxicated driver for deadly Springville crash, exceeded legal limit by 6 times
A Tooele man has been arrested in Springville following a fatal crash. Travis Mcintrye, 41, is facing several charges, including automobile homicide, driving under the influence, and reckless driving. Springville Police responded to the incident on Main Street where a man tragically lost his life after being hit by a truck. Mcintrye's breath alcohol levels were found to be significantly above the legal limit, and he failed sobriety tests at the scene. The investigation revealed additional violations, and Mcintrye is now in custody at the Utah County Jail.
