Arraignment delay for suspect in Thomasville fatal crash
The arraignment for the suspect involved in a fatal 18-wheeler accident in Thomasville has been postponed due to his attorney's ongoing involvement in a capital murder trial that started on September 9 and is projected to continue for three weeks. In the incident that occurred in May, Andrii Dmyterko was driving the 18-wheeler when he collided with multiple vehicles stopped at a red light on Highway 43, resulting in the death of two individuals and injuries to four others who were taken to a nearby hospital. Dmyterko is now charged with two counts of vehicular manslaughter.
