Accident on Georgia 400 in Forsyth County leaves 2 individuals with serious injuries
Officials are currently looking into a car accident between a Ford F-150 and a Kia SUV that took place on a stretch of Georgia 400 over the weekend. The incident occurred near Mary Alice Park Road and Bald Ridge Marina Road on Saturday afternoon. As per reports, the Ford rear-ended the Kia, causing it to flip over on the highway. Both occupants of the Kia sustained severe head injuries and were transferred to a nearby medical facility for treatment. Meanwhile, a witness informed FOX 5 that they saw a medical helicopter land on the road and later depart. The driver of the Ford suffered minor injuries but declined further medical attention. Although no charges have been pressed so far, law enforcement is actively investigating the matter. Officials express their sympathy and hope for a quick recovery for those involved.
