7 people injured in North Hollywood car crash
Emergency responders reported that a multi-vehicle accident occurred in North Hollywood resulting in injuries to seven individuals. The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the incident in the 6000 block of Lankershim Boulevard around 11:33 a.m. Although it is unclear what led to the crashes by 12:20 p.m., a 68-year-old woman was taken to a nearby hospital and was reported to be in fair condition, while the others involved chose not to go to the hospital. Traffic around the Lankershim and Erwin Street intersection was at a standstill as of 12:20 p.m. with no estimated time for it to resume. Further information about the incident was not immediately disclosed.
