5K Memorial for Deep Run Football Player Killed in Tragic Accident
Get ready to participate in a 5K run that aims to honor a beloved Henrico County football player who tragically passed away in a boating accident five years ago. This event, held in memory of Deep Run High School student Gabe Henderson, will take place on Sunday, September 28 at 10 a.m. The race, organized by the LiveLike10 Foundation, will raise scholarship funds to benefit underprivileged youth, as well as fund equipment and camp opportunities. Gabe Henderson, known for his generosity and dedication to helping others, inspired many in his community. Sponsorship opportunities are available for the event, with three tiers to choose from: "Bronze" at $250, "Silver" at $500, and "Gold" at $1,000.
