3 cyclists hospitalized after collision on Waterton Rd Saturday AM: SMFR
South Metro Fire Rescue responded to an incident involving a group of cyclists on Waterton Road near Moore Road in Douglas County Saturday morning. According to SMFR, around 12 cyclists were riding together when five were assessed by medics following a fall. Two cyclists were taken to the hospital as emergencies while one was transported as a non-emergency. The Douglas County Sheriff's Office, investigating the incident, stated that it did not involve a vehicle and occurred after a solo cyclist crashed.
