
2 men killed in Baldwin, Wisconsin crash
Local authorities are currently looking into a tragic incident in Baldwin, Wisconsin, where a collision led to the loss of two lives. This occurred early Friday morning when the St. Croix County Sheriff's Office received an "Automatic Crash Notification" alert on a cell phone, directing them to the 2200 block of County Trunk Highway DD. Upon arrival, deputies discovered a severe crash involving a Chevy Cruze and a Chevy Equinox, resulting in the deaths of both drivers. The individuals, a 24-year-old man from Baldwin and an 18-year-old from Emerald, were the sole occupants of their vehicles. The collision took place when the Cruze, traveling westbound on CTH DD, collided with the eastbound Equinox. This marks the fourth and fifth traffic-related fatalities in the county this year, with the identities of the victims pending notification of their families.
