18-year-old dies in shooting following minor Fort Worth collision, suspect surrenders

The Fort Worth Police Department received a call about a shooting at Don's Seafood on Wichita St. where they discovered the victim, identified as Jenny Rosales, who had been shot in the chest. Witnesses stated that the suspect, involved in the accident, pulled out a gun and fired it, resulting in Rosales' death. The suspect later called 911 and was taken into police custody, but no other details have been released as the investigation is ongoing.
