17-year-old from Kansas killed in accident near Sabetha
A 17-year-old from Sabetha has tragically lost his life in a car accident near Sabetha. The Nemaha County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash on 192nd Road, just east of V Road. The driver, identified as Kenton L. Farwell, was in a Chevrolet Silverado pickup heading west on 192nd Road when the vehicle veered off the road, struck a culvert, and overturned into a ditch. The incident occurred sometime before 7 a.m. on Nov. 15. Upon arriving at the scene, emergency responders discovered the young driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, had died.
