A tragic accident occurred in Christian County, Kentucky when a woman was fatally injured and a man was hurt while attempting to change a flat tire on Interstate 169. The incident took place on a Sunday afternoon at mile marker 22 of the Pennyrile Parkway, as reported by Hopkinsville Fire/EMS.
