1 killed, 1 wounded in Groveland Twp. crash

A fatal crash occurred in Oakland County, Michigan, early Wednesday morning involving two vehicles. According to Michigan State Police, the collision took place at the intersection of Grange Hall Road and Tripp Road in Groveland Township around 6 a.m. The driver, a 21-year-old man from Davisburg, failed to stop at the intersection while heading northbound on Grange Hall, resulting in a collision with another vehicle traveling eastbound on Tripp Road. The young man was tragically pronounced dead at the scene, while the other driver sustained a possible broken ankle and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. The Metro North post troopers are currently conducting an investigation into the incident.
