1 injured after car catches fire in Berlin
BERLIN, Conn. (WTNH) — Chamberlain Highway was closed Tuesday morning due to a single-car motor vehicle accident, according to the Berlin Volunteer Fire Department. The crash happened on the 1600 block of the Chamberlain Highway before 3 a.m. One person suffered moderate injuries and was transported to a hospital, the volunteer fire department said. The Chamberlin Highway was closed between Southington Road and Orchard Road, but reopened by 5 a.m.
