1 individual harmed in 'minor crash' between Delta aircraft on LaGuardia taxiway
At LaGuardia Airport in New York, two Delta Air Lines regional jets, both operated by Endeavor Air, were involved in a low-speed collision during taxi on Wednesday night. According to a Delta spokesperson, one flight was departing to Roanoke, Va., and the other was arriving from Charlotte, N.C. Fortunately, no passengers were harmed in the incident. However, a flight attendant sustained non-life threatening injuries. The passengers were returned to the terminal and provided with food and beverages before being given hotel accommodations and rebooked for travel on Thursday. Delta expressed apologies to their customers for the inconvenience caused.
