1 deputy injured in Holland boat collision
A boating accident occurred on Friday night in Holland, Michigan when a 17-foot boat crashed into the Holland South Pier. The incident, which took place around 9:55 p.m., resulted in the operator, a 23-year-old man, being thrown from the boat and sustaining a potential head injury. He was hospitalized for treatment. A 22-year-old woman on board suffered minor injuries and was released at the scene. Authorities from the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating the crash.
